Here at MOST LIFE we cover one of our eight themes each week. This week we cover “I” for Intelligence!
There are a variety of ways we can think and interact with others. How we use our mind and what we invite in to our mind that creates patterns and habits is important! Most of what we do in this area is out of the habits we form through repetition. The people we spend time with influence our habits. The more time we spend with people, the more they influence us and the thoughts we have.
When we engage in dialogue with others we learn. We learn about who they are and we learn about who we are.
Here at MOST LIFE we cover one of our eight themes each week. This week we cover “L” for Living!
As a young girl I played super hero often. I really liked the imagining that I could do anything (to anyone) with a simple thought, the extension of my hand or the blink of my eye. In those days Batman, Superman and the Fantastic Four were popular, my brother and sisters and I played different roles, dressed up and used towels and old Halloween costumes to play the parts. It was so much fun to dress up and be a superhero!
This week I grab a towel as a reminder that we all could use a cape.
Each week we cover one of our 8 MOST LIFE themes, this week it is “T” for Togetherness!
This time of the year may be a little chilly to get back in touch with nature, but whether you are in the north, south or somewhere in between, it is important to connect with the natural world, the universe is so magical.
We are so evolved that we are not as connected to nature as the past generations. We are so evolved that the very natural connection (togetherness) that allows for our survival, is no longer part of our life (for most of us). We need food and water for survival. Turn on the water faucet, shop at the local super-sized grocery chain.
Each week we cover one of our 8 MOST LIFE themes, this week it is “S” for Speaking.
We have been working on our life vision, our vision boards and NOW we are ready to create our verbal message to ourselves.
When you write in your own handwriting YOUR goals are set in motion. You are the author of your life. Taking it up a notch, when you add emotions and pictures and vivid designs of your life it sets in motion a magical energy that charges your subconscious mind. The events in your life begin to unfold in a manner that matches your plans and your emotions.
I described how I created a house with vision boards that I move into five years later!
Each week we cover one of our 8 MOST LIFE themes, this week it is “F” for Freedom.
Freedom is a terrific attribute to life, but how often do we actually feel it? We want it, but do we ever grasp it?
We all seek freedom of self and freedom within our self. Our soul and deep inner being seeks expression. We desire to live a life that is in alignment with our purpose, we want to connect with that purpose. This is the true MOST “LIFE”, one that is based on consistent action toward a purpose that fuels us and gives us meaning.
Freedom is truly knowing who this person is- this person inside of us.
Each week we cover one of our 8 MOST LIFE themes, this week it is “O” for Organization. It is “O” week!
It’s a great week for Organization, and this is going to be a fantastic exercise to start off this year or any year or really any special time. Organization this week is about organizing your vision. Creating vision boards for this year and your future. I have done vision boards and visioning for years, as a matter of fact, 20 years ago I drew on a big poster board a house I wanted to live in. I pictured a balmy palm tree area, a large driveway, and a mediterranean home. Well, the area I was living in at the time was certainly not those things.
This week we cover “M” for meaning, it is the first letter of MOST LIFE and it is no coincidence that it ends and starts this year.
This time of the year we are given a gift of closure as the year comes to a calendar close. This is a natural opportunity to reflect and plan. I always take the time to do year end and year beginning thinking. It is one of the most important uses of time. The nay-sayers will say, “why bother, it doesn’t matter”. Well, I say, of course it matters, any definite plan or thought(s) you have, especially when you write it down is worthwhile and sets in motion both conscious and subconscious action toward your plans.
Here at MOST LIFE we cover one of our eight themes each week. This week we cover “E” for Energy!!
Hi – I’m Mo Faul, (for many of you who are new to this weekly newsletter/blog), creator of the MOST LIFE system, and I have had my health challenges, as a breast cancer survivor I have taken my health VERY seriously over the past 6 years. I used to take my health for granted, like many of us. I didn’t realize just how important what we eat, really is, our bodies can handle so much! The toxins are handled so well, but as we get older the body starts to show the signs or wear and tear.
This week on the “Ahead of the Curve” series we feature, EVERYONE!
From Cookbook authors, to biographies, animal welfare books, CEO’s of eco-conscious companies, healthcare presidents, publishers, executive recruiters, we heard a lot of what makes these successful people AHEAD of the Curve! Each brought to MOST LIFE a fresh perspective, a new way of looking at life and work.
A few memorable insights:
Listen to everyone on your team
Listen to your customers
If no one else is doing it, why not start a company and DO IT!

We want it, but do we ever grasp it?
