What you do know may hurt you!

Here at MOST LIFE we cover of our eight themes each week

This week we cover “I” for Intelligence

Intelligence is a great asset, it allows us to think through problems, avoid problems and construct new solutions to make a problem obsolete. Intelligence has caused human kind to evolve and survive. Ah, but what about when we think we know something, but we don’t? Isn’t intellect a crutch? We hang on to our thinking because it got us where we are today. For the most part we like where we are, we know it, we understand it, it is comfortable.

It is comfortable to think what we are eating is right and good for us.

How do you define Fine LIVING?

Here at MOST LIFE we cover one of our eight themes each week

This week we cover “L” for Living

I defne fine LIVING as having wonderful experiences with my senses often. Fine smells, sights, tastes, music, nice fabrics to touch and feel. This is sometimes called a decadent life, but I disagree. I think enjoying the finer things in life is a refined way of Living. Certainly, if you can afford more that’s great, but what about for many of us?

It’s time to look around and see the beauty in your life and really fine LIVING. The smells of your kitchen when you make a favorite dish or “their” favorite cookies.

Abigail Forsyth, KeepCup CEO | Saving the Earth, one cup at a time

Ahead of the Curve!!

Wow! Abigail Forsyth has an inspirational story.

We talked to her from just outside Melbourne Australia on how she and her brother came up with the earth-saving concept of KeepCup.  The colors and the freshness of the idea. They are changing the way we visit our cafes. They are defining what it means to have a successful business and take care of the people. The earth and profits, it is possible. They were recently awarded a designation that you will hear about in the conversation. She is definitely, “AHEAD OF THE CURVE”.

Find out how! LISTEN to a very inspiring 12 minutes from our down-under partners.

Let’s make Togetherness (=) Creativity

MOST LIFE Weekly POST

Togetherness is a way of life for social animals, like us. Last time we spoke about the common bond we have with mammals like Elephants. We need each other. Some people are better at connecting with people then others are. Whether it be over a certain purpose, new ideas or creative ways to enhance the world. Several well regarded books, the Bible being one, have told us that “where there are more than one gathered there I am in their midst.”

Great forces of energy are created when people come Together. The Bible, Napoleon Hill, and other greats have recognized this “synergy”. We talk about it in the business world,

What do you notice? How can you speak UP?

MOST MONDAY!

This week is “S” for Speaking

Speaking is one of our greatest tools. There are people who make a difference by speaking up. There are heroes who have spoken up and created great movements. One of my favorites is Mother Theresa, a gentle, yet fierce soul who never wanted to fight or rebel, she wanted to serve. One of her most famous quotes is, “do it anyway”. Be happy, be kind, treat others with love, strive to be your best, people will judge or tear you down, do it anyway. I am paraphrasing here, but her words resonate with me everyday.

Your JUNK drawer CAN be Beautiful

MOST MONDAY!

This week we talk about “O” for Organization

I decided to tackle my kitchen junk drawer. The messes hidden in our lives bring us down. Every time I open the junk drawer (which is often, since everything is in there), I can feel my energy decrease. A small “UGH!” overcomes me. I say to myself, “one day, when I have time!” Isn’t that what we all say? I mean, don’t we have the best intentions?

This week, I tackle the junk drawer demon! See what happens when I open the drawer with the plans to cause order where there is chaos.
