Yes, you— the body of feelings and memorized thoughts.
Your body and your mind have become one.
Over time you have memorized how it feels to be you.
So, what happens each day?
You repeat all the thoughts and feelings you have had over the last (several) decades.
You are the same person day in and day out.
Yup- you shower, you brush, you eat, you exercise, but all the while you keep thinking and feeling the same!
You continue to reinforce the same YOU!
That is all great if you have the life you desire.

Inspired by Debbie,
I am sharing the behind the scenes way my clients make dreams come true.
The techniques are not to use better resume writing techniques, although we must be good.
It is not the best LinkedIn profile, but we must be good there also.
It is not JUST learning to speak up and have a voice and be aligned and proud of who you are.
It is not just to network and make yourself known to the right people, and that is certainly key!
JUST HOW DO DREAMS COME TRUE?
How did Debbie, and hundreds of women just like her do it?

Yes, Debbie, dreams do come true.
“Are you sure, Mo, it seems a bit much!”
When the human soul finally sees it’s beauty and brilliance it can stop judging.
When the human soul finally sees the path to the life it always knew was in it’s heart- it finds joy.
When the human soul finally falls in love with itself and with life, miracles occur.
Miracles are a normal part of life to those souls who are aligned.
Debbie was not quite on this path when we met earlier this year on our Career Clarity Call.
Kim and I met on Facebook…..she was disagreeing with me about my favorite saying:
“Everything Always Works Out For ME!”
I asked her to try it for one DAY!
She did…here’s what happened!
To say she has learned to live in the flow and create miracles is an understatement.
Not only does she have her dream job and dream salary (thanks, Mo for the wonderful techniques!!), but she is enjoying her family more, more quality time and she feels like herself AGAIN!!
Many years (too many) spent thinking this sort of life was a fairy tale, she finally felt enough was enough!
Kim is now living her life to her soul’s fullest!
Being bombed out as a little girl, refugee to Germany and the life of being unwanted was all she knew. Teenage years battling an eating disorder hurt her deeply, she barely survived that.
Some days being angry and hateful was the only defense.
Until she found her strength in the gym.
Years ago, being strong meant lifting the most weight. Milijana was a true super-hero in the gym. Medals, awards and being recognized as the strongest women in Croatia were proud moments. She thought it would take away the years of trauma. Trauma was weighing on her in many ways, eating disorder, suicidal thoughts and deep rage.
She found her safety in the gym,
This Thanksgiving – and every day! – do something new. Don’t just give thanks at Thanksgiving dinner, go deeper and do this instead and see a huge difference in your life all year round.
Does your day job constantly remind you that it is not the right fit? Maybe your boss doesn’t recognize you or your contributions, or your hours are so long you arrive home bleary eyed.
Are your passions getting sidelined, because you have nothing left. Do you long to do something more meaningful with your life?
We often tend to be haunted by our own self-doubt and criticism. “Why can’t I just do my passion work?” You ask yourself over and over. My advice is always the same, change your thinking – change your life.
Focus on your success at work, focus on your day job. If you pursue your passion now,
How to Tell the Truth—Speaking Up with Purpose
As we flew home, belted in the private corporate jet and feeling all snazzy, still elated from a major meeting, we were chatting strategy and how this was going to be great for the company, yet I was depleted and confused.
I leaned in and asked our C.E.O (an arrogant and very monied man),
“Why did you lie to them?”
He responded as he would to his young daughter, condescending and surprised to be asked (challenged) by little ol’ me.
“They will never remember anyway. We have to keep them interested.”
My head was spinning as I sat back, wondering who was wrong,
The Crack That Opened Me Up…..My Breast Cancer Journey
Sitting in that familiar chair just like many November weekend days, watching football, snacks at the table beside me, I moved up and down while the games played. A fan since I was a little girl.
Not this day.
This day I was in the same brown leather recliner, not comfortable and not up and down as I wanted.
Not this day.
This day bandages covered my breasts, covered the drains coming out of the sides of my chest and just below where my belly button used to be. Where my belly used to be. Where my breasts used to be.
I find that many of the folks I talk with on clarity calls and in my coaching are so caught up in their story that seeing a different life seems impossible.
Funny…many of us will play the lottery with odds over a million to one and not take REAL control over our destiny. When you are ready to change and ready to see the world in a new way and to see YOU in a new way…you are ready.
It is only when you are truly ready to control your destiny that you can imagine…
1. Your life being better,
2. You being able to control your destiny,
3. What it feels like to decide to create your life for yourself….even if you have a spouse and kids to look after….you are the only one you can change.
