Getting Back To Nature

Each week we cover one of our 8 MOST LIFE themes, this week it is “T” for Togetherness!

This time of the year may be a little chilly to get back in touch with nature, but whether you are in the north, south or somewhere in between, it is important to connect with the natural world, the universe is so magical.

We are so evolved that we are not as connected to nature as the past generations. We are so evolved that the very natural connection (togetherness) that allows for our survival, is no longer part of our life (for most of us). We need food and water for survival. Turn on the water faucet, shop at the local super-sized grocery chain.

How do you sound?

Each week we cover one of our 8 MOST LIFE themes, this week it is “S” for Speaking.

We have been working on our life vision, our vision boards and NOW we are ready to create our verbal message to ourselves.

When you write in your own handwriting YOUR goals are set in motion. You are the author of your life. Taking it up a notch, when you add emotions and pictures and vivid designs of your life it sets in motion a magical energy that charges your subconscious mind. The events in your life begin to unfold in a manner that matches your plans and your emotions.

I described how I created a house with vision boards that I move into five years later!

Your Vision Matters to us ALL!

Each week we cover one of our 8 MOST LIFE themes, this week it is “O” for Organization.  It is “O” week!

It’s a great week for Organization, and this is going to be a fantastic exercise to start off this year or any year or really any special time. Organization this week is about organizing your vision. Creating vision boards for this year and your future. I have done vision boards and visioning for years, as a matter of fact, 20 years ago I drew on a big poster board a house I wanted to live in. I pictured a balmy palm tree area,  a large driveway, and a mediterranean home. Well, the area I was living in at the time was certainly not those things.

Let’s Get Juicing !

Here at MOST LIFE we cover one of our eight themes each week. This week we cover “E” for Energy!!

Hi – I’m Mo Faul, (for many of you who are new to this weekly newsletter/blog), creator of the MOST LIFE system, and I have had my health challenges, as a breast cancer survivor I have taken my health VERY seriously over the past 6 years. I used to take my health for granted, like many of us. I didn’t realize just how important what we eat, really is, our bodies can handle so much! The toxins are handled so well, but as we get older the body starts to show the signs or wear and tear.

Freedom is a terrific attribute to life, but how often do we actually feel it?

We want it, but do we ever grasp it?

We all seek freedom of self and freedom within our self.  Self knowledge is the key to personal freedom. Our soul and deep inner being seeks freedom and expression. We desire to live a life that is in alignment with our purpose, we want to connect with that purpose. This is the true MOST “LIFE”,

How are YOU wired??

Your brain was made by others, look at your wiring. It’s YOUR brain- get your brain wired the way YOU want!!

There is nothing more stimulating than using our brain in a new way. Our brains get wired with each task and each thought. We either wire a new pathway or we add wires to an existing pathway. When we were younger we laid new wires all the time, learning new skills, socializing, being “trained” in behaviors by parents, teachers and other adults in our life. We were the passive recipients of their values, mores and expectations. Did we have a choice? When we were very young, our brains just took it all in and learned.
