Knowing Yourself is True Freedom

Each week we cover one of our 8 MOST LIFE themes, this week it is “F” for Freedom.

Freedom is a terrific attribute to life, but how often do we actually feel it? We want it, but do we ever grasp it?

We all seek freedom of self  and freedom within our self. Our soul and deep inner being seeks expression. We desire to live a life that is in alignment with our purpose, we want to connect with that purpose. This is the true MOST “LIFE”, one that is based on consistent action toward a purpose that fuels us and gives us meaning.

Freedom is truly knowing who this person is- this person inside of us.

TOO BUSY TO READ?? CLICK HERE!

In life we must Speak, we also have an almost endless voice inside that at times won’t “shut up!” OK… I don’t like to say those words, but geesh, can’t that inner voice just take a breath? Well, that is exactly what you need to do to quiet your inner voice. Take a few deep breaths! Slowing the breathing down, slows the inner voice down.

What to do next? What is the inner voice saying?

How do you define Fine LIVING?

Here at MOST LIFE we cover one of our eight themes each week

This week we cover “L” for Living

I defne fine LIVING as having wonderful experiences with my senses often. Fine smells, sights, tastes, music, nice fabrics to touch and feel. This is sometimes called a decadent life, but I disagree. I think enjoying the finer things in life is a refined way of Living. Certainly, if you can afford more that’s great, but what about for many of us?

It’s time to look around and see the beauty in your life and really fine LIVING. The smells of your kitchen when you make a favorite dish or “their” favorite cookies.

Are you YOGA ready?

MOST MONDAY

It’s “E” week for Exercise

This week we explore the wonderful world of yoga. There have been many spin-offs of this ancient practice. We will explore the traditional yoga and poses.

I started yoga in a small room in my house at 5 am in front of my TV for years watching a DVD before I went out for my morning run. I knew it was “good for me”. As a runner it felt good to stretch and open up like the DVD showed. I wasn’t sure the moves were correct but I was stretching. Soon enough I decided to go to a yoga studio to get better instruction and have a better handle on this strange exercise.
