Your must be like-able and authentic (do you like people and can easily talk to anyone without being too PUSHY?) You also know that the professional woman on the phone is counting on your to push her into YES!
You are detail-oriented and methodical by nature and will rock the simple admin pieces of being on a rock star team!
You have reliable phone, internet access, and can easily navigate computers and technology
You like routine, doing the same AWESOME thing each day, and ready to be great and improve
You are available for 8 hours each day (M-F) and open to one evening per week to take calls (U.S. timezones)
You are ready to be open and honest about yourself – What’s working and not working and be willing to change and evolve
You are confidential, respect privacy, and have the highest integrity
You must be ready to put the best of your inner being to work with your education, expertise, and experience and rock it!
You must have sky-high integrity and stick with your word (we expect to hold our clients to that and we must do it as well!)
You are COACHABLE. You are willing to accept and act on feedback.
You must be looking for a LONG TERM fit and be willing to get through slow patches, not be prone to jealousy or anything immature or limiting.
This is a lucrative, commission only position.

This position provides you with warm leads (no cold calling), and dozens of qualified women who are responding to a well-known brand and are eager to make changes in their careers and lives.
You must also bring the resourceful you to the table and not expect to be spoon fed or catered to! You will earn what you are willing to put out and do.
You must be committed to your own personal and professional growth. This is a role for people who know who they are, are ready to be more, grow, be uncomfortable as necessary and show up BIG!
This is a LONG TERM commitment and working with us means being a part of the team and contributing to the overall success of each member and the WHOLE.
