What the Job Entails:

Write and format professional resumes from scratch, using client-provided data/resume draft.
Support professionals in transitional phases of their careers with targeted resumes in their preferred industry.
In some cases, directly interact with clients as needed by phone and/or email for resume consulting.
Craft compelling content for job seekers in industries such as Tech (IT), Healthcare, Education, Entertainment, Human Resources, Project Management, Accounting/Finance, and more!
Leverage AI technology to ensure client resumes are ATS compliant

THESE ARE THE QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Have a passion for writing!
3+ years experience as a professional resume writer.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Expertise in formatting/designing with Microsoft Word.
Excellent customer/client service.
Solid understanding of how to develop content that is relevant to various industries as well as how to develop content that is appropriate for technical, professional, and executive-level roles.
