My Maggy and How She Changed My Life.

My Maggie Changed My Life

I am heart broken…

13 years ago I felt an urging that I never had- never in my life.

AND– this urging I felt deeply.

I was ready to do something I had never done.

The pain of not following this urging seemed too big.

I didn’t even know why I was feeling it— but I knew it!

Deep inside I wanted something different.

I felt a calling.

I wanted to feel better.

I wanted more internal and external happiness.

Where do you need to listen to your inner being?

The coaches I had for a few years prior helped open me up to knowing what I wanted and what I was capable of.

Making Progress or Making Excuses?

making progress

Making progress or making excuses?

You have strong filters of how you look at life and your possibilities: YOUR BELIEFS!

Your BELIEFS determine everything.

Your beliefs of you and the world are the filters you live through—

Everything in your life is filtered through your beliefs.

Beliefs are everything,

You can rewrite the story.

Every day my clients are rewriting their stories.

A nurse, 45 lost her job from chronic migraines- now is thriving.

An HR professional, fired for speaking her mind – felt her life was never going to be happy again- she is now in the best role ever and able to provide to her 3 kids.

Milijana’s Story: Crushing the Myth of “I’m not Worth It!”

milijana-worth-it

When I met Milijana she was feeling pretty low about her inside self.

Even though she was an award winning weight-lifter and strong on the outside, her worthiness was low.

Milijana is like so many women I work with….things look pretty good on the outside,

but the agony on the inside…..

Heck, even married to a dashing professional athlete, she wasn’t where she wanted to be at all.

Lots of ideas.

Lots of education.

Lots of confusion.

No DIRECTION.

No CLARITY.

Not enough Self Worth.

Building a future from here is impossible.

The truth is,

Kim’s Story: Showing Up As The Real YOU!

Kim and I met on Facebook…..she was disagreeing with me about my favorite saying:

“Everything Always Works Out For ME!” I asked her to try it for one DAY!

She did…here’s what happened!

To say she has learned to live in the flow and create miracles is an understatement.

Not only does she have her dream job and dream salary (thanks, Mo for the wonderful techniques!!), but she is enjoying her family more, more quality time and she feels like herself AGAIN!! Many years (too many) spent thinking this sort of life was a fairy tale, she finally felt enough was enough!

Kim is now living her life to her soul’s fullest!

How to Manage When it Never Ends: Embrace Life Lessons

How to Manage When it Never Ends: Embrace Life Lessons

What? Never Ends?

I know….life is a constant flurry of things…events…feelings….thoughts…..can’t we just get off and coast?

No. We. Can’t.

Life has a way of constantly flowing.

A river that never stops, always flowing.

A horse race around the track, over and over.

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer 6 weeks into a new job, I thought my entire existence was going to crumble. Cancer gives one the jag in the throat, the punch in the gut…I did wonder if I would die or how bad it would all be. When I told my boss I was so afraid of being criticized,

3 Ways to Handle Life: “When Bad Things Happen to Good People”

Why Do Bad Things Happen to Good People?

I was “fired” (ok, downsized, re-organization, call it what you will, I lost my job) 6 times in my wonderfully successful career as a healthcare executive. I finished on a high note, but trust me there were times when it felt like it had crumbled for good!

One time I lost my job was within days of our house getting robbed! All our jewelry, every darn piece and $1000 cash that we never have around the house, but we just came back from a vacation and there it was hidden in a drawer. Hidden! And they got it! Burglar alarm and all- we sat at a movie as the calls from the alarm station came in.
